The memory of Jerome T. Czajkowski of Getzville, New York, who passed away on December 2, 2025 at the age of 79, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Susan K. Phillips; his sons, Steve (Beth), Greg (Caitlin) and Jeff Czajkowski; his grandchildren, Henry, Roger, Nathan and Bridget; and his siblings, Thaddeus "Ted" Czajkowski (Mary) and Mary Staszak (late Norm). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Roberts Funeral Home (1671 Maple Rd, Williamsville, NY 14221). A celebration of life was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of WNY Chapter.
