He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Linda Jacobs, Tony Jacobs (Christina) and Michael Jacobs (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Christine Seestadt (Fred), Matthew Bryant (Jenny), Samantha Livingston, Rebecca Jacobs (Adam Wingate), Ethan Jacobs, Sarah Jacobs, Heather Jacobs and Gregory Jacobs; his great grandchildren, Damien, Cameron, Payton, Maddison, Hailey and Andrew; and his siblings, Joanne Sandusky, John Jacobs, Richard Jacobs, Bill Jacobs and Fred Jacobs.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint James Catholic Church (117 Hudson Ave, Chatham, NY 12037). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
