He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul George Clark and Ethel Mae Clark (Utter); his siblings, Mary, Shirley, Patty and Paul; and his daughter Tracy Lee Liddle (Clark).
He is survived by: his caregivers, Elaine Wilson, Jeff Powell, Bill Amend, Ronnie, Haley Wright, Travis, Zane Cornell, Candice Maxim, Talara Casale, Jessica Manchester and Jade Roe; his children, Samantha Van Ness (Tim) of Cairo and Kenneth P. Clark of Gilboa; his son-in-law William Liddle; his grandchildren, Timothy Van Ness II, Samuel Van Ness, Devin Clark (Laura) and Kylie Liddle; his great grandchildren, Tracy Lynn Clark and Devin Clark, Jr.; and his brother Tim Clark (Heather) of Stamford. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
