Joseph D'Urso Obituary

We announce the death of Joseph D'Urso of Glen Cove, New York, who passed away on August 30, 2026, at the age of 35. Joseph will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Angelo Michele D'Urso, Maria and Giovanni Grella. He is survived by: his parents, Josephine and Michael; his child Maximus; his grandmother Katherine Giovinazzo; his siblings, Michael (Maria), Alyssa Maria and Anna; and his nieces and nephews, Avianna, Mila, Kiki and Gianna. He is also survived by several loving aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dodge-Thomas Funeral Home (26 Franklin Ave, Glen Cove, NY 11542). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Church of St. Rocco (18 3rd St, Glen Cove, NY 11542).
