He is survived by : his spouse Larissa; his children, Kelsey, Steven, Ava, Milania and Jessie; his brother Perry (Jo-Ann); his mother-in-law Ann Kurylo; his sister-in-law Christina Partagas (Jack); and his nieces and nephews, Kerri-Ann, Nicholas and Jack.
