With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bridget Anne Connolly (Glen Head, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 3, 2026 at the age of 86. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Heaney and Bridget Heaney; her siblings, Paddy, Jim, Audie, John Heaney, Mary Ridener and Kathleen Quinn; her children, Michele Drago (Paul), James Connolly (Carolyn) and Allison Sarnowski (Edward); her grandchildren, Lea Hedstrom (Matthew), James Connolly Jr., Paul Michael Drago, Evelyn Sarnowski and Noelle Sarnowski; and her great grandchildren, Carter Hedstrom and Bennett Hedstrom.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 8th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Whitting Funeral Home (300 Glen Cove Ave, Glen Head, NY 11545). A Mass was held on Monday, March 9th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Saint Patrick's Church (235 Glen St, Glen Cove, NY 11542). A burial was held on Monday, March 9th 2026 from 12:15 PM to 1:15 PM at the St. Patrick's Cemetery (338 Chicken Valley Rd, Oyster Bay, NY 11771).
