He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth. He is survived by: his close friend Carol; his children, Patricia (Ronald), Fred, Michael (Tara) and Lisa (Paul); and his grandchildren, Michael, Brynn, Alexandra, Nicole, Olivia and Lauren. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Justice Santucci to his preferred charity, St. Jude Children's Research hospital.
