He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Hogan (Kovac); his son Jamie Hogan; his daughter-in-law Michelle Hogan; his grandchildren, Bridget Hogan, James Hogan and Allyson Hogan; and his siblings, Peter Hogan, Noreen Connelly (Hogan), Mary Rijos (Hogan) and Nancy Grover (Hogan). He is also survived by many loving in-laws, nieces, and nephews.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the McHoul Funeral Home, Inc. ~ Van Wyck Room (895 NY-82, Hopewell Junction, NY 12533). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the St. Kateri Tekakwitha Church (1925 NY-82, Lagrangeville, NY 12540). An entombment was held on Friday, October 30th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Fishkill Rural Cemetery (801 US-9, Fishkill, NY 12524).
