With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Kathleen L. Wessels (Glen Head, New York), born in Freeport, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She is survived by: her children, Laura, Robert (Nicole) and John (Carroll); her sisters, Joan (Bob), Lorraine (Joe) and Susan (Ned); her grandchildren, Christian (Tanja), Noah, Jameson, Rachael, Amanda, Harry, Juliet, George, Cole, Emily and Sophie; her great grandchild Lola; her husband Richard Cruz; and her caregivers, Lisa Barnes, Nashawn Frasier, Sharmaine Hernandez Figueroa, Nancy Shipley and Cherly Streacker. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
