He is survived by: his wife Catherine Hanno; his children, John G. Csizmar (Betty), Sandra Csizmar Davoy and Joseph P. "JoJo" Csizmar (Diane); his son-in-law Terry A. Nortz; his brother Paul L. Csizsmar; his sibling's children, Julia Giessler, Paulette and Ernie; and the mother of his children Catherine Csizmar. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
