He was predeceased by : his parents, Geraldine Thorpe Egloff and Sanford Egloff; his son Nicholas Joseph II; his brother Michael (Beverly); his parents-in-law, Anna and Harold Donnelly; his sister-in-law Hazel Burgy; and his daughter-in-law Kim Egloff.

He is survived by : his spouse Beverly Joyce Donnelly; his children, Kathryn Elizabeth, Erich Sanford (Erin) and Don Cobb (Edith); his grandchildren, Shannon Egloff, Myanna Gokey, Wyatt Gokey, Brandon Burns, Cassidy Burns, Tracy Crowell and Tabitha Cobb; his great grandchildren, Ainzleyanna and Erieona; his close friends, Andrea, Rollie Galarneau, Harry "Skip" and Linda Hasty (AZ); and his cousins, Diane Butler (CA) and John Thorpe (NY).
