It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stanley Sweeney (Glenfield, New York), born in Greig, New York, who passed away on March 4, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Sweeney and Ruth Sweeney; his spouse Shirley J. Lee; and his children, Shelly Porter (Patrick), Marsha LaLonde, Melinda Sweeney, Colleen Maryhugh (Mark), Phillip Sweeney (Becky) and Christine Anne. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
