She was predeceased by: her parents, Carole Smith and Marling Smith; and her grandson Patrick Mahoney. She is survived by: her children, Bill Benson (Leonore Benson), Mary Kavaney (Marc Isaacs), Kathleen Kavaney and Patrick Kavaney; her grandchildren, Tiffany, Molly, Jack Isaacs, Sawyer and Naomi Kavaney; and her pet Angus.
