Bob Durkee Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Bob Durkee in Glens Falls, New York, born in Fort Edward, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Jane; his parents, Herbert Durkee and Dorothy Durkee (Hoysradt); his brothers, William Durkee and Carl Durkee; and his siblings-in-law, Julie Durkee and Bernard Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Durkee (Kathy) and Melissa Durkee (Brenden O'Hara) of Cary; his grandchildren, Kyle Durkee, Ryan Durkee, Cameron O'Hara and Caitlin O'Hara; his siblings, Herbert "Ricky" Durkee and Carolyn Brown; and his sister-in-law Marge Durkee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 1:15 PM at the Saratoga National Cemetery (200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871). The military honors will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Gerald B. H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery (200 Duell Rd, Schuylerville, NY 12871).
