He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Susan Babe, Mark Kingsley, Amy Kingsley and Jennifer Kingsley (Leonard); his grandson TJ Johnson (Carly); his sisters, Sue Stahl (Frank), Cindy Garrow (Bill) and Debbie VanLoan (Jim); and his sister-in-law Jackie Geist (Richard). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
