Franklin Corlew Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Franklin Corlew in Glens Falls, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 8, 2026 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Franklin may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Franklin touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Corlew and Mary Corlew (Shippe); his adoptive parents, Lina Dorvee and Stanley Dorvee; and his guardian Joyce C. Washburn.
