He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Holmquist and Pearl Holmquist Ruff (Beagle); his wife Patti Greenwood; his stepfather Joseph Ruff; and his brothers, Albert and Ketih Holmquist.
He is survived by: his son Geoff Nelson Holmquist. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
