She was predeceased by: her son Shawn Whalen; her husband Don Whalen; her parents, George Johnson and Emma Johnson; her uncle Dan Johnson (Dango); and her brothers-in-law, Joseph P. Vogel and Patrick Whalen.
She is survived by: her family Heather; her great grandchild Vivianna; her daughter Heather Whalen; her grandchildren, Shaniah Sanders, Lucas Sanders (Taylor Scarincio), Brayton Shawn Whalen and Vivianna Shawn Warnecke; her sister Judy Strohmeyer (James); her aunt Maureen Johnson; her sibling's children, Jennifer V. Gotantas (Marc), Jason Vogel (Lisa), Corinne Araujo (Courtney), Nate Plocharczyk and Sierra; her friends, Barb O'Connor and Eileen Heslin; and also, Gerry Sanders, Courtney Abeel (Hank), Shaniah and Lucas Warnecke.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bay Road Church (1167 Bay Rd, Lake George, NY 12845). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
