He is survived by: his wife Jayne Belair of Michael's Church; his children, Heather Mabb (Jeffrey) and Ryan Belair (Colleen) of Wilton; his grandchildren, Logan Mabb, Carter Mabb, Mackenzie Belair and Cameron Belair; his in-laws, Robert, Joan Phinney of Jacksonville, June and Russell Naples of Jacksonville, Florida; and his brothers, Barry Belair, Joseph Belair (Mary) and Bruce Belair. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
