She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles LaPorte and Elizabeth LaPorte (Bell); her siblings, Phillip LaPorte, Catherine Beckwith and Beverly LaPorte; her niece Susan LaPorte; and her nephews, James Hunt and Eric LaPorte.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Wells, Theresa Ruoff (Mark), Michael Wells (Lisa), Regina Wells and Kerry Anne McKnight; her grandchildren, Jennifer Wells, Katrina Lyons (Sean), Gregory Wells, Phoebe Wells (John), Miles Malik, Noah Malik, Nolan Wells, Leanne Bouchard (Scott) and Mark Ruoff Jr.; her great grandchild Asher Ruoff; her nieces and nephews, PJ LaPorte, Cathy Campney, Leesa Talley, Tim Hunt and Susie Walters; her sister-in-law Joan LaPorte; and her pet Jasper. She is also survived by many cousins; her church family.
