He was predeceased by : his parents, Adelbert Palmer and Elma Palmer (Stricker); and his siblings, Verna Neeson and Brian Palmer. He is survived by : his wife Royanne Palmer; his children, Traci Lyn Palmer-Sawyer (Bernie), Todd Richard Palmer (Wendy) and Karl Adelbert Palmer (Becky); his grandchildren, Amanda (Bobby), Alex (Samantha), Zachary (Sierra), Riley, Libbie and Brian; his great grandchildren, Raiden, Everly, Hudson and Xander; and his brother Gregory Palmer (Deborah). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
