With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra T. Dubow Azmitia of Glens Falls, New York, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on May 26, 2025 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Azmitia; her parents, Max Toiber and Helen T. Frankovitz Dubow; her stepfather Jack Dubow; and her siblings, Gary T. Dubow and Rosita T. Zukerman (Allan).
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Zimmerman, Michael Jacobs (Wambuii) and Robert Jacobs; her grandchildren, Joshua Zimmerman, Sage Zimmerman, Elijah Jacobs, Phoebe Jacobs and Helen Elisabeth Jacobs; and her siblings, Shelley T. Kulchin and David DuBow (Jennifer).
A graveside service was held on Sunday, June 1st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Beth - El Zedeck South Cemetery (2260 Bluff Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46225).
