Petty in Glens Falls, New York, born in Granville, New York, who passed away on November 12, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Griffith Evans and Dorothy Evans (Duel); and her brother Edward Evans. She is survived by : her children, Dannie, Dennis, Norman, Brian, Dana Petty, Deborah Rohde, Tammy KeKeighan, Holly Rieg, Marilyn Decker and Sandy Stewart; and her close friend Emy Shephard. She is also survived by her 28 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and 4 great-great grandchildren.

The family suggests that memorial contributions may be made in Thelma's name to the United Methodist Church of Granville, 18 Church Street, Granville, N.Y. 12832.
