He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Simkins; his children, Steven Simkins (Melissa) and Rebecca Simkins; his grandson Hunter Simkins; and his siblings, Harold Simkins (Cynthia), Jerry Simkins and Janice Kraft (Joseph). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice in John's memory.
