He was predeceased by: his nephew Charles Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Elinor Provost; his nieces and nephews, Gary Cunningham (Barb), Maureen Hodgson, John Cunningham, Matthew Cunningham, Debbie Stark Stevens and Bonnie Malady (Carl); and his friend Moe Geer.
