She was predeceased by: her parents, William Burns and Phyllis Burns (Coates). She is survived by: her husband Robert F. Ziotkowski; her pets, Shasta, Scarlett and Savannah; her sister-in-law Kathleen Ziotkowski; Martha Burns.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Ruth Ann's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Shriners Children's Hospital or charity of one's choice.
