He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas E. McLaughlin and Frances Reddington McLaughlin; and his brothers, Paul and Peter. He is survived by: his wife Susan McLaughlin (Langley); his children, Daniel (Marina), Patrick (Dana) and Erin; his granddaughters, Ella and Morgan; and his brothers, Kevin (Beth), Brian (Pam), David (Suzanne) and James (Karen). He is also survived by extended family, including numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Glenville Funeral Home (9 Glenridge Rd, Schenectady, NY 12302).
Memorial donations may be made to the Glenville Hill Fire Department, 1086 Church Road, Schenectady, NY 12302. Alternatively, donations can be made to the Detroit Lions player development program.
