He is survived by: his wife Judith Schultz (Burns); his daughters, Stephanie of Columbia and Christine of Colonie; his niece Peggy Robinson (Schultz) of Georgia; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lilah, Connor and James; and his former spouse Miss Judith Marion Burns.
