It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur C. DeGroot of Gloversville, New York, born in Granton, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 4, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry DeGroot and Olga DeGroot (Krause); his wife Edna Roy; and his brother John DeGroot. He is survived by: his children, Victoria Croft (Dennis) and Robert DeGroot (Joanne Korona); his brothers, Felix DeGroot and Edward DeGroot; and his grandchildren, Matthew Croft, Heather Hay (Anthony) and Brandon DeGroot. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made in lieu of flowers to the James A. Brennan Memorial Humane Society, 437 Nine Mile Tree Road, Gloversville, NY 12078.
