It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara S. Frederick of Gloversville, New York, who passed away on December 28, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Harriette Veeder Stack (Veeder); and her stepfather Richard Stack. She is survived by: her father Burton Starin (Jacquelyn); her husband Michael "Tucker" Frederick; her daughter Petrina Frederick; her siblings, Burton "Ray" Starin (Lorraine), Jane Paris (Chas) and Scott Starin; her godson Drew Paxton; her siblings-in-law, Kathy Kovarovic and Tom Frederick; and her cousins, Doris Clo and Elle Wandell. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
