She is survived by: her husband John Billa; her sister Pamela Putman (Fred) of Tucson, AZ; and her siblings-in-law, Richard Billa of Broadalbin, Mark Billa (Maureen) of Johnstown, Barbara Hale (Bob) of Johnstown and Marianne Hebert of Amsterdam.
