He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Thompson-Pratt and Leatha Thompson-Pratt (Babcock); and his siblings, James Thompson (Norma), Charles Thompson, Richard Thompson, Penny Daniels, Judith Jones, Glenn Thompson and Ruth Campbell.

He is survived by: his wife Karen A. Pratt (Cole); his children, Benjamin G. Pratt and LeAnn K. Pratt; his granddaughter Cabella VanNostrand-Pratt; his siblings, Kerry H. Pratt (late Loretta) and Thomas N. Thompson (Marlene); his brothers-in-law, Fred Jones and Percy Daniels; his father-in-law Clifton Cole (late JoAnn); his pets, Rusty, Nala and Lily; Clif Cole (Cathy), Kim Izzo (Carlo) and Giovanni Izzo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends who he considered to be extended family.
