It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl E. Blowers of Gloversville, New York, who passed away on November 8, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Rachel Blowers (Warner). He is survived by: his father Robert Blowers; his close friend Sheila Ostrander; his children, Raymond Blowers (Brittany) and Stacie Porter; and his brothers, George Blowers (Donna) and Fred Blowers (Beth). He is also survived by many grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
