He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett C. Quackenbush and Alberta Covell (Nittiskie); and his son Matthew Quackenbush. He is survived by: his fiancée Susan Kazlauskas of Gloversville, NY; his sons, Mike Quackenbush (Kayla) of Gloversville, NY and Corey Quackenbush (Stephanie) of San Diego, CA; his grandchildren, Brendon, Matthew, Kaysin of Gloversville, NY and Brayden of San Diego, CA.; his siblings, Ann Bravick (Bill), Kim Quackenbush (Toby) of Herkimer, NY and James Quackenbush (Melissa) of Gloversville, NY; and his close friend Mike Coppernoll of Gloversville, NY. He is also survived by several aunts, Uncles, Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews.
