He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jacobs and Golda Jacobs (Smith); his son Christopher; his siblings, George Jr., James, Curtis and Deanna Martel; and his brother-in-law Roger Martel.

He is survived by: his sisters, Roxanne (Joe Llistro), Bette and Robin (Teddy Mattison). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
