She was predeceased by: her husband William G Collins; her sister Mary DeCesare; her mother Josephine Balcerzak; and her brother John Balcerzak. She is survived by: her sister Theresa of Rhode Island; her children, Karen of Jacksonville, FL, William of Richmondville, NY, Kevin of Great Mills, MD, Michael of Herndon and Deanna of Scarsdale, NY; her grandchildren, Helanea, Cody, Caitlin, Zachary, Tyler, Justin, Neal and Emily; and her great grandchild Adeline. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
