He is survived by: his parents, John Johnson (Linda) and Pamela Crocetta (Joseph); his daughter Emma Miller-Johnson; his siblings, Brian Johnson (Elizabeth), Megan Boles (Joshua), Jarrod Johnson, Abigail Johnson and Reagan Johnson; and his best buddy Trout.
