He is survived by: his wife Frances Steflik; his children, Kathleen Eagan (Timothy) of Castle Rock, Colleen Baldwin (Christopher), Frank Havlick (Tania) and John Havlick (Theresa); his grandchildren, Tyler (Jessi), Caitlin (Roberto), Matthew, Dalton, Kirsten (Chris), Rileigh, Christine, Ryan and Nicholas; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Luke, Leila, Aiden, Collin, Waylon and Edward; and his siblings, Jeanne Gulick (late John) and Richard Havlick (Jan).
