He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Shults and Mariena Shults (Stuart); his children, Gerald Shults Jr. and Kelly Woodard; and his brother Alan.
He is survived by: his children, Tina Shults and Wayne Shults (Ashley); his grandchildren, Abigail, Savannah, Emily, Kaleb and Bella; his great grandchildren, Harper and Casen; and his siblings, Edward, Jeff, Bruce, Chris and Karen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
