He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Unislawski and Luise Unislawski (Otto); his wife Cathy; his son Kevin; and his brothers, Henry "Hank" and Ralph.
He is survived by: his daughter Erica Peck (Ray); and his grandchildren, Veronica and Ryan Peck. He is also survived by cousins, and many nieces and nephews.
