He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Lee and Dorothy Lee (Rulison); and his brother Charles "Chuck" Lee. He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Lee (Cole); his daughters, Tammy Patrick (Jan) and Tracy Hine (Christopher); his grandchildren, Peter John Wilson, Julia Wilson and McKenna Hine; his great grandchild Jace Wilson; his brother Albert Lee; and his friends, Bonnie Clizbe and Linda Bradbury-Danner (John).
