He was predeceased by: his parents, Calvin R. Zimmerman and Irene C. Jones Zimmerman; his sister-in-law Gail Clute; and his grandson Nicholas Joseph Zimmerman. He is survived by: his cousins, Kim, Bill, Keith, Kurt and Bob; his wife Wendy J. Clute; his mother-in-law Grace Clute; his children, Matthew Zimmerman (Marisa) of Frankfort, NY, Renee Brockhum (Anthony) of Gloversville and Jared Zimmerman of Gloversville; his siblings, Karen Olson (Robert) of Queensbury, Gail Stahl (David) of Gloversville and Wayne Zimmerman (Robyn) of Kingston, NY; his brother-in-law John Clute (Rose) of Gloversville; and his grandsons, Marc and Rocco Zimmerman. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Leukemia Foundation. To honor Mark's memory, the family encourages others to donate blood, helping support individuals living with blood disorders – a cause close to his heart.
