She is survived by: her sons, Keith Blakeslee, Jr. (Amy), Matthew Blakeslee (Michelle) and Christopher Blakeslee (Angelina); and her sisters, Deborah Holtz and Donna Holtz. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild; 2 nieces, 1 nephew, and several cousins.
