Smith Jr. (Brenda) and Sandy Mallett (Randy); his grandchildren, Michael, Tami, Beth, Robert, Matthew (Cassandra) and Jeremy (Kimberly); and his great grandchildren, Johnathan, Tayler, Kaiden, Matthew Jr., Makenna, Makenzi, Jeremy and Noah.
