Robert M. Brooks Obituary

Robert leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Robert’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Robert will carry forward his memory in their hearts.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard O. Brooks and Helen Grace Brooks (Cook); his wife Sylvia J. Knorr; and his sister Linda Sidloski. He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffany Brooks of Northville, NY and Raechelle Kibbe (Daniel) of Gloversville, NY.; and his grandchildren, Robert, Noemi and Daniel. He is also survived by extended family and numerous special friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions would be suggested to Veterans & Community Housing Coalition's SSVF Program for homeless Veterans, in care of the funeral home. Please mail or drop off any donations to the funeral home.
