He was predeceased by: his parents, James Armstrong and Lucy Armstrong (Sammarco). He is survived by: his wife MaryLouise Armstrong (Raucci); his children, Erica Mattice (Nancy) and Jason Armstrong (Michelle); his grandchildren, Joshua DiMezza (Jerica), Marriana Mattice and Vincent Scott; his great grandchild Lillian DiMezza; his siblings, Rick Armstrong (Cathy), Janice Paul (Randy) and Karen Rector (Tom); and his friend Jimmy Nicosia. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Church of the Holy Spirit (149 S Main St, Gloversville, NY 12078).
