He was predeceased by: his parents, Elwyn Ochampaugh and Doris Hime. He is survived by: his children, Steve Ochampaugh of Gloversville, Susan Rockafellow (Mark) of Lancaster, PA and Sharon Miller of Fredericksburg, VA.; his sisters, Gloria Broderick of Johnstown, NY and Claudia Burlett of Johnstown, NY.; his grandchildren, Mark S. Rockafellow, Kyle E. Rockafellow, Kaylee S. Miller and Ashlee A. Miller; and his great grandchildren, Kylie, Kamden and Killian Rockafellow. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Stewart Funeral Home (51 Fremont St, Gloversville, NY 12078). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
