The memory of Patricia Smith of Gorham, New York, who passed away on October 1, 2025 at the age of 79, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Bailey and Miriam B. Thomas (Noble). She is survived by: her husband Rev. Carlos Smith Sr.; her children, Carlos Smith Jr. (Denahi), Nyoka Smith and Nairobi Smith (Liz); her grandchildren, Diego, Alex, Darin, Scarlet and Micah; her great grandchildren, Lydia and Rex; and her siblings, Josefina Bailey, Felipe Bailey, Tomas Bailey and Denita Andrews. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Norman L Waterman Funeral Home (124 W Miller St, Newark, NY 14513). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Clifton Springs United Methodist Church (1 E Main St, Clifton Springs, NY 14432).
