He is survived by: his wife Lisa Manzi Skinner; his sons, Philip Skinner of Middletown, NY and Joseph Skinner of Scranton, PA; his stepdaughters, Debra Hendley of Honesdale, PA and Lisa Hendley of West Pittston, PA; his daughters, Jessica Hill of Middletown, NY. and Crystal Manzi of Middletown, NY.; his sisters, Jane Skinner of Dobbs Ferry, NY and Carol Lynch of Monticello, NY; and his sisters-in-law, Marion and Nancy Walsh of Warwick, NY. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
