Kathleen M. Andryshak Obituary

She was predeceased by : her parents, Edward A. Andryshak and Marion Andryshak (Heinzelman); and her brother Stephan Andryshak. She is survived by : her stepchildren, Jody Cook and Kristen Doezema; her fiancé John Van Der Molen of Goshen, N. Y.; her brothers, Michael of Madison County, N. Y., Mark (Carol) of Middletown, N. Y. and David (Erin) of Goshen, N. Y.; and her sister-in-law Judy. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, stepdaughters and grandchildren.
